Does MelonPlace charge a commission on every sale?＋
No. You pay your MelonPlace subscription and we do not retain a commission on your online store sales. Your payment provider may apply its own fees.
Do I need a card to start the trial?＋
No. You can start the 14-day trial, create your business, and configure your online store before adding a payment method.
Can I use my own payment methods?＋
Yes. Your MelonPlace subscription payment is separate from the payment methods your business offers its customers.
What happens when the trial ends?＋
You can choose a paid plan to keep your online store active. Plan and account shows the status and date that apply to your business.
Can I cancel anytime?＋
Yes. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and keeps access through the paid period. Canceling does not automatically refund the previous charge.
How do refunds work?＋
Refunds are reviewed separately from cancellation. When applicable, MelonPlace sends the refund to the original payment method and the bank may take several days to display it.
